CompetitorIQ provides AI-powered competitor tracking and intelligence services. Our platform monitors competitor activities, analyzes market trends, and delivers actionable insights to help businesses make informed strategic decisions.

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

CompetitorIQ collects and analyzes publicly available information about competitors. You acknowledge that:

  • The Service monitors publicly accessible websites, newsletters, and other public sources
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of competitor intelligence complies with applicable laws
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of competitor data
  • Data and insights are provided for informational purposes only

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by United Playgrounds B.V. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The insights, reports, and analyses generated by our AI are provided to you under a limited license for your internal business use only.

7. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNITED PLAYGROUNDS B.V. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
